Whenever I call or go into Brad McCunniff’s office, I am treated like I’m the only customer they have. When I walk in the door I am normally greeted by Marla, Rose and Brad. I am treated like family when I call or go to the office. If I have any issues, there is one particular person I would like to recognize. That person is Rose Miller who has always gone above and beyond to assist me with any questions or issues I may have. If Rose doesn’t have the answer to my question, she will find out and communicate through the process.
